The Association of Briefing Program Managers (ABPM) has invited Kathleen Redd, Mandel Principal and VP of Global Training Services, to lead a Panel discussion and present a session at their annual Conference, scheduled for April of 2014 in Santa Clara, CA.

As Digital Marketing and Sales Operations Manager, Jeremy leads critical sales operations and systems, and coordinates our digital marketing functions. He can also often be found in Mandel virtual workshops as a producer, supporting our global trainers in virtual deliveries. With a background in service and operations, Jeremy joined Mandel as a Workshops Logistics Manager in 2011. He has a passion for customer service and both learner and client success.
