As Director of Digital-Driven Learning & Design, Karen is very happily at the epicenter of Mandel’s digital learning world. She works with Mandel’s Instructional Designers and Design Strategists to support hundreds of clients in developing training that delivers business results. Before joining Mandel as part of the Solutions Design team, Karen spent over 20 years in broadcasting and technology. She is an aspiring SCI-PAB master, tech enthusiast and hopes to visit all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums in the very near future (just 8 more to go).
